About Us
Silver Lining Care Management was founded in 2023 by Joseph Vanderpool and Sara Gulick. With a combined 40 years of service in the I/DD Human Services industry between them, Joseph and Sara bring passion and a heart for others to your care management experience. After working for several provider care agencies, Joseph and Sara determined that taking care of those they serve -- families and staff alike -- improves each client’s quality of care and life. This is why Silver Lining Care Management is committed to delivering quality Innovations and I/DD services with a client-centered approach that ensures clients receive personalized care that meets their unique needs.
