Silver Lining Care Management started as a basic idea that if you take care of those you serve, Families and Staff alike, that things will only get better from there. Time and time again we saw other Providers fail in various ways and were tired of seeing that happen over and over again in the same areas, we are striving to fix all that is broken within so many systems.
